Cakes...


Look what I chanced upon in this month's Country Living magazine, violet cakes, aren't they fab? I really must grow and try crystallising some edible flowers this year, has anyone ever tried this? Is it easy?

    never tried it, but will this year. I have frozen edible flowers in ice-cubes, the kids love them in their drinks.
