I can't sleep again! they say counting sheep helps? 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...nope...!

count the breath backwards sweet Emma. Navel rising 54, navel falling 54, navel rising 53, navel falling 53. Don't control the breath in any way, just count it backwards. It is one of the simplest and most effective meditation techniques. sweet dreams

i sure would love to know how to fall asleep; my mind starts racing at night and i can never calm it down by a decent hour. :)
